These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between CDA and a student member who is enrolled in any course. By making any payments or accepting the Academy’s offer of a place in any of our courses, the ‘Student’ fully accepts these conditions, which constitute the contract between the ‘Student’ and the ‘Academy’ regarding their studies with the academy.


General Policy

>> Students are expected to provide accurate information during the enrolment process and submit the necessary documents as explained by the Admissions Counsellor.

>> CDA reserves the right to make changes in its Course Programs, Fees, Course Commencement Date, Venue, Test Timings, or to deny admission.

>> If a student engages in any unfair or unsocial activities, both the student and their parents are solely responsible. The academy holds no responsibility for such behaviour.

>> Commuting to the academy is the sole responsibility of the student. In case of any mishap during their commute, the student is entirely responsible.

>> Course materials provided by the academy during the student’s study at CDA must not be shared with others for any purpose.

>> Students are expected to participate in events organised by the academy as part of the training program, and photographs and videos from these events may be used for promotional purposes.
