Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility Criteria
Refunds are allowed only in specific cases within the defined timeline:
- Before Onboarding Day:
Full refund including admission fee is allowed if the student cancels before the official onboarding day. - Within First 5 Days After Onboarding:
Refund is possible within 5 calendar days from the date of onboarding. The admission fee will not be refunded. The remaining amount paid, including applicable taxes, will be refunded after deducting the charges for the number of days attended. - Discounted Fee Scenario:
If a student was given a discount, the refund will be calculated on the actual amount paid. Admission fee will still be held, and the balance (after discount) will be refunded. - Other Refund Notes:
No refunds will be processed after the 5th day from onboarding. Refund requests after this window or from dropout/expelled students will not be considered. - If Only First Installment is Paid:
Within 5 days: Refund will be processed after deducting the admission fee and the fee corresponding to the days attended.
After 5 days: No refund will be issued.
