Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are allowed only in specific cases within the defined timeline:

 

  • Before Onboarding Day:
    Full refund including admission fee is allowed if the student cancels before the official onboarding day.
  • Within First 5 Days After Onboarding:
    Refund is possible within 5 calendar days from the date of onboarding. Admission fee will not be refunded. The rest of the paid amount will be refunded, including applicable taxes.
  • Discounted Fee Scenario:
    If a student was given a discount, the refund will be calculated on the actual amount paid. Admission fee will still be held, and the balance (after discount) will be refunded.
  • Other Refund Notes:
    No refunds will be processed after the 5th day from onboarding. Refund requests after this window or from dropout/expelled students will not be considered.
  • If Only First Installment is Paid:
    Within 5 days: Refund will be processed after deducting the admission fee.
    After 5 days: No refund will be issued.
